How long does my order take to make?
Everything at Borkd is handmade to order so we always say to allow 5 days for your order to be completed + additional time for shipping.
How do i measure my dog?
You need three measurements for our Borkd coats and one for our Borkd bandanas.
Neck - This is the measurement around your dogs neck where their collar usually would sit. Allow roughly 2 fingers of space for the best fit.
Chest - This is the measurement around your dogs body at their chunkiest part.
Back - This is the measurement from where their collar sits on their neck to the base of their tail. Do not include any part of their tail in this measurement unless you are wanting your coat to hang over.
my dog doesnt fit those size, can i get a custom made piece?
If you are between sizes, we reccomend choosing the back length that suits your dog then adding your dogs neck and chest measurments in the notes section at checkout.

How do I wash my Borkd products?
- Cold Machine Wash only
- Line dry. We reccomend turning inside out so they do not fade in the sun.
- Do not tumble dry.
- Be gentle. They are handmade!
How do returns / exchanges work?
If your Borkd coat doesn’t fit as expect we are totally happy to exchange it for another size. With exception to custom sized coats.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must:
- Be returned within 14 days of delivery.
- Be unworn, unwashed and in original condition.
- Be free from pet hair, dirt, odours or damage.
If you've ordered the wrong size, you'll be responsible for the cost of returning the item to us.
Once we've received and inspected your return, we'll send your replacement size to you at no additional shipping cost.
We do not offer refunds for change of mind or incorrect size selection. If your item is in new condition, we're happy to exchange it for another size instead.
If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or we've accidentally sent you the wrong product, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We'll make it right as quickly as possible, including covering any necessary shipping costs.
